Passion of the Cut Sleeve is a world-premiere interpreting ancient Chinese folklore and love stories through a modern queer and trans lens. This multidisciplinary show features theatre, poetry, movement, performance art, and live traditional Chinese music inspired by classic tales like Butterfly Lovers, Legend of the White Snake, Cowherd and Weaver Girl, and The Fragrant Companions.
